!Picture is a very low cost sprite display utility which can also run "demo"
style animations from disc, only using RAM for each sprite.

It starts with a default picture "<Picture$Dir>.Pic". Any sprite may be
dragged onto it for display. The window is not bounded by the desktop so it
can be positionned anywhere: if a sprite is larger than the desktop, then
the application can be Quit using the menu.

Alternatively a directory can be dragged onto it. The sprites will be
displayed in lexicographic order ("sort by name" from a filer window). The
default speed is "Slow": 5 seconds between each picture. Clicking on "Fast"
gives 1 second per picture. Clicking on "Fastest" keeps them going as fast
as the disc can manage. The sequence may be paused at any time. !Picture
will remain at the same position in the window tree while it runs through
the pictures, so other windows can be opened on top of it. Displaying a
sequence is terminated by either dragging a sprite or a directory to
!Picture (or by Quit!). Click select to advance by one picture, click
adjust to go back one picture (most useful in Pause mode).
